How do I RUN the restore disks for my Toshiba laptop?

When I bought my daughter's Toshiba Satellite L755, I used the wizard to create the 5 DVD recovery disks before installing any hardware. Once the disks were created, the very next thing I did was to install Norton 360 security. Over the last several months, my 11-year-old daughter has uploaded dozens of free games and other junk and now the computer does not function properly. I want to return the computer to its original factory settings with the disks I made, but I cannot find instructions that accurately reflect the options listed on the screen of my computer. When I try to follow the on-line instructions, the word "Boot" is NOWHERE ON THE SCREEN! Help!
