What are the different speeds of the three USB ports on the averatec 3150?

looks like they are USB2, which will get you ~20MB/s throughput. Keep in mind that 2 of them are likely on the same controller, so if things are running slower than expected then it means you have 2 demanding devices on the same controller, and one should be moved to the 3rd one.

Yeah the shared nature sure does suck.
