[Solved] Restore Acer to Factory Settings

I tried using alt + F11 it opens a screen X:\RyTools]NAPP6.EXE
Then a black screen with Microsoft Diskpart version 6.0.6001
Copyright, etc...
On computer: MINWINPC
with a flashing '_'

What am I to do next...there are no instructions?
