Acer password problems

Hello,
Someone has locked up my acer. I have tried my google email and password and i have gone to google.com/accounts/recovery and changed all the information and reset my password thinking this might help. Not helping. Can you help. I really dont want to have to reset my acer.

At what point are you see the request to enter a password?
