my acer aspire4738z notebook produces irritating noise just as CPU's fan when it gets lots of dust. Does my notebook produce this sound because of dust? or is it because of some internal deficits?

Solution

Could be your fan is on its way out or something has worked itself loose. Try cleaning out the fan and see what it sounds like, if no change, try getting a replacment fan. Try inspecting the fan for damage as well.

yes, laptops get dust inside them too. If your fan is making noises you don't like, chances are there's some mechanical issue that's causing it. Dust being number one, misalignment being number two, and failing motor being number three. There could be other things, but they are much less possible.
