RPGA 989 Soccket

Hello,
I have a MSI a6200-452us laptop with a rPGA 989 processor socket. I am having a hard time finding out exactly what processors will work with my config. Can anybody help or point me in the right direction? I have searched the web and found many answers, but no two the same. Thanks

I am sorry it's MSI a6200-462us

I purchased this laptop used but the previous owner removed the processor. I think it came with a T6100

sorry it's A6200-462us not 452. I bought this laptop from a friend who for whatever reason wanted the processor and sold it to me without it. I think it came with a p6100 processor new. Anyway I was just wanting to know what my options were, if any, as far as getting another processor.

Well, looks like you have quite a few options for that socket - that said, physical fit is only one thing to look for. Any of the procs on that page will fit in it (physically - from a pentium to a core i3-i7) - but what is the motherboard in that laptop and what does the bios support, that's the real question.
