Help with picking out a notebook/netbook

I am looking to buy my 9 year old nephew a laptop or netbook. I have found 8 that are in my budget but would like to know which one is the best, Build quality and all that. Does anyone here own any of them.

Mostly for surfing the internet and playing little games on it.
Games like limbo, Nothing major.
Listen to some music and watching movies.
At lest a few years not all that long 2 or 3.
