Help! Which? AMD A-Series or Intel 2nd gen i5

Please help me make up my mind . . .

AMD Quad-Core A8-3500M Accelerated Processor with AMD Radeon HD 6620G discrete-class graphics w/ 4MB cache and 2.4GHz processor
VS
2nd Gen Intel® Core™ i5-2430M processor w/ a 3MB L3 cache, 2.4GHz processor & Turbo Boost up to 3.0GHz

What will be you use for this notebook? Do it have a dedicated graphics card?

Thanks! Mostly word processing, some photo/video editing and streaming movies to my tv. The Intel has integrated HD Graphics 3000 and the AMD has Radeon HD 6620G. I'm just not sure how closely these two compare. I'm not currently a big gamer but I'm not ruling out getting into one This would be replacing my current super old Sony Vaio that has lasted me 6 years.
