Hello,
Thanks in advance.
I've got an HP Touchsmart TX2-1244ca laptop with a Toshiba MK5055GSX 500GB 2.5-Inch Internal SATA HDD @5400RPM (9.5 mm height). I'd like to replace it with a 2.5" SSD (OCZ Agility 3) however the HDD bay is not configured (port/plug) to accommodate it. Is there an adapter or something which will allow an SSD to replace the HDD?

Thanks,
Nelson

not sure what you mean by

however the HDD bay is not configured (port/plug) to accommodate it

some laptops hp included have a small adaptor already on there so if you have the original drive in there you already have the adaptor--it just pulls off the old drive

i think this is the sort of thing if i remember correctly
