HP Class Action Lawsuit TX-2110us Laptop

I heard that this Pavillion TX-2110us Tablet/Laptop with touch screen, sylus, Media Center w/remote control that runs Vista Home Premium SP1 straight from factory,has a known problem with the motherboard that shows up with the WiFi card dying in a couple of years for absolutely no reason. And I was also told my a tech form xFinity Signature Support, that HP already has a class action lawsuit against them for this motherboard because it's the socket that the WiFi chip screws into on the motherboard that causes the "burn out" of the WiFi. Can you steer me to this class action so that I may join it?
