Sony vaio m series how to restore to factory settings

Hello,
i have a sony vaio m series netbook, running on win 7 starter. would like to reset to factory settings how do i do this without cd recovery disk as it has no disk drive.. thank you

If you know how to enable "Boot from USB" in the BIOS, you could plug up an external CD/DVD drive and boot from the CD that way.

Alternatively, you could boot from the network or boot from a flash drive. Look up how to install Windows via flash drive on Google; it can be done, but is a lot more difficult than doing the same with Linux.
