How do i open an app on my laptop

Hello,
I have a compaq laptop and have syncd my i-phone to it. I have downloaded the 'find my i-phone app' to my laptop,but I cannot open the app. What am i doing wrong?

go to the start menu in the bottom left corner of the screen, click it then click "all programs" if you just installed it, that program should be highlighted in yellow.
