Please assist, I want to buy a relatively cheap core i5 laptop, mostly interested in the graphics card coz I do alot of gaming. which graphics (1GB dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 switchable graphics vs 1 GB Nvidia Geforce) is better. Other G-cards suggestions are very welcome.

You left out the model number of the Geforce card. It will look like: G xxx / GT xxx / GTX xxx

AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 review
A GeForce GT 525M would be roughly the same performance as the HD 5650.

If you check the column on the right you'll see graphics cards ranked in performance.
Find the HD 5650 in the list and all card above it perform better and all card below it perform worse (generally speaking).
