Toshiba Satellite A500 Built-In Webcam Not Working

Hello, I recently bought an Toshiba Satellite A500 (PSAM0C-00L006) Laptop and wanted to start skyping with various people to keep in touch with them. I tried installing the appropriate drivers for the webcam (which is Integrated) off the Toshiba website but that didn't seem to work. I went into Device Manager to check and see if my webcam would show up but the Imaging Devices tab was not showing up either, I even checked the other tabs but unfortunately couldn't locate it in any of those either. I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out so I can get my webcam up and running so I can start using Skype on my laptop. Thank you
