Solved! What causes black and white stripes on my computer

What causes black and white stripes to apppear for just a few seconds when I first start my laptop?

It's probably just the signal because on old laptop/monitor, it always happen, just be glad is white and black instead of red and green or other color... BTW is it working fine? if not than those black and white means something or like your screen is going to die or something like that lol...
