Toshiba u400 motherboard

Hello,i want to know the part no. of a component on a toshiba u 400 motherboard power section the transistor is named pq19 and pq20 and can i get an equivalent.

Not sure if this would help, maybe you could email them and ask if the schematics would help you find that out. Check this link, not sure which U400 you have though.
