How to get to the login screen on your acer laptop

When i turn on my computer it goes to a black screen saying: Start Windows Normally, Safe Mode With Command Prompt, Safe Mode With Networking, Safe Mode.... etc. After i click one it starts loading and it looks like its going to go to the login screen but it doesn't. It goes back to the black screen. I don't know what to do.

Just start windows normally. Where and how did you obtain this computer btw?

I tried to start it normally. And i got it for christmas
