N570+ION2 VS. AMD E350+Radeon6310M

Hello,
I want to buy a netbook. For that reason i need some help choosing one.

At the moment I'mnot sure about 2 combinations:

N570 with a ION2
(at an ASUS eeePC 1015PN)

AMD E-350 with a AMD Radeon HD 6310M
(at a Zurück zur Notebook Auswahl »
HP Pavilion dm1-3180eg)

All other Facts like 3GB RAM VS. 1GB or 250GB HDD VS. 500GB or 11" Display VS. 10" are not important at the moment. I would take both, at the moment i care only about CPU&GPU.

So which combination is better/stronger?
ION2 hat his own 512GB RAM, but i've heard that at the eee PC 1015PN is a smaller version of the ION2 in use.

Is the AMD version better?

Does anyone has some facts about

1) CPU against CPU
2) GPU against GPU
3) CPU+GPU against CPU+GPU?
