Laptop wifi light just blinks wont

Hello,
i have a toshiba l305d it wont power on the wifi just keeps blinking i have tried reseting it but still nothing please help

The laptop won't power on or the wifi? What have you tried resetting?
You need to explain in a manner understandable for other humans.

ok well sorry,
the laptop won't power on at all, all the laptop will do is the wifi light will blink orange no other lights will blink...For resetting it i have held the power button down for the 30 sec. without any power then with the ac only and then just the battery still nothing the wifi light just keeps blinking orange that the only light that comes on and the laptop will not power on please help..
