P8700 with 1gb graphic card vs i with 512 praphic card. which is better? PLEASE

i am looking at two laptop choices. the first is core2duo P8700 with 1 gb graphic card and the second one is an i5 with 512mb graphic card. i only want to know which one performs better (faster).
