last year i lost my laptop.is it possible to recover.plz help me out.

Probably not. The time to install tracking software is BEFORE it gets taken.

You could get lucky and have the thief get caught or have the laptop go in for warranty repair.
Notify the local police and the laptop manufacture that's been stolen.
