Confusing Messages re proper Adaptor replacement

Hello,
I got the message about an undetermined something on my Dell Inspiron 1545. I should also replace my 65Watt Dell adaptor. However, the marks at the back of my PC says "For use with Adaptor PA-21, PA-3E" Which should I buy?
