Solved! How do i get a driver for my usb device

Hello,
i am trying to communicate between my usb device connected to a stenography machine and my computer to do realtime writing. My newly Windows7 is not recognizing a driver for my usb device.I have troubleshooted many times. How do I download a driver for this device?? Thank you!

I assume that the set up was working fine with XP? You can try using XP mode to see if that works. Otherwise, you'll have to find the driver for the stenography machine that works with W7. I'd take a look at the machine manufacturer's support site.
