Recall HP laptop?

Hi,
I am the "lucky" owner of a HP pavilion dv6406nr. Can you please guide me thru, like how to get HP to fix, replace my computer? I have no idea how to get started.

In most cases you follow the recall notice instructions you receive in the mail (or email).

So I'm guessing you never received any notice? Had you registered your laptop when you bought it?

How did you figure out your dv 64xx was subject to a recall? I couldn't find any current recall campaign for that model.

Not even the latest battery recall covers the DV 64xx models.
