Solved! How do I disable "Today" windows from popping up on every XP restart?

A few months ago I began getting an annoying "Today" window (filled with news I can't use) popping up every time I restarted Windows XP. Can you tell me how to stop this from happening? I cannot find a link in the Today window to disable it. Thank you.

Start->run->msconfig->startup tab
You can also disable from "Services" tab.

Start->Programs->Startup delete if it shows there.
