Solved! HP Pavilion dm1-3025dx / Toshiba C655D-S5130 - Which one is Better?

Solution
Between the two you listed the 11.6 ultra portable HP dm1-3025dx is a E-350 dual core CPU of the new AMD Fusion E series.
That Toshiba C655D is full size @ 15.6" but only has a single core E-240 Fusion CPU.

We're talking CPU power that is usually associated with 'Netbooks.
AMD Fusion E-240 1.5Ghz review single core
AMD Fusion E-350 1.6Ghz review dual core

I don't favor the single core CPU.
Toshiba Satellite C655D AMD E-240 Fusion APU Notebook Review

I couldn't find a matching review for the Pavilion dm1-3025dx but it should be just about powerful enough to do all that you want and perform reasonably well. It doesn't have a DVD drive at that size if that's important to you.

For comparison look at a Dell...

For comparison look at a Dell Inspiron 14R 14-inch Core i3 2.53GHz Laptop $450
It's Core i3-380 CPU has about 3 times the CPU power of the E-350

Passmark CPU benchmark scores:

AMD Fusion E-350 @ 1.6Ghz = 740
Intel Core i3 380M @ 2.53GHz = 2336

3.Have u reviewed the toshiba?

Overall, as a brand, Toshiba is considered to have among the highest build quality when compared to other MFGRs like Dell, HP, Acer and others.
When you look at the budget entry level laptops they're pretty much all the same IMO.
