Depends on what your needs are. If portability and price are what you want go with the Vaio F. If your looking for more power and storage go for the Vaio EC. Good luck w/your purchase!

By specs and price EC laptop is better but EC's battery has just average time...
while Vaio F laptop has better battery performance so I think Vaio F is better for you....
