Hey guys,
Got a rather large HP Dv7 laptop that mostly used for mobile gaming/movies/music. The on board realtek audio sucks and I'm ready to upgrade it either by USB or the expansion bay. I user both external speakers and headphones (external 2.1 speakers for movies, headphones and internal mic for gaming) and i don't mind too much having to switch between the two plugs, as long as it's not complicated.
Any of you guys have experience with the Creative X-Fi USB devices or their ExpressCard devices? Is there anything better? please provide links to devices and an explanation as to why it's better.
