Undervolting didnt help temps

i undervolted my laptop and it still is pushing 86C!!!!!! its not working any suggestions?

Did you check your fans were not clogged by dust/dysfunctional? Even under heavy load a laptop processor should never hit 86°, so it's either a failing cooling system or a bad CPU.

Does your temp monitoring software also tell you the cooling fan speed?
If not try the Speedfan utility program.

Check your BIOS to see if your fan speed is being limited there.

fan speed is ok. revving up to what it should be. I can check to see if its clogged though
I think getting a cooling pad would be a good investment because this laptop sits a little lower than others. i just need somthing that supports it so any heat the fan blows out wont get sucked into the laptop again
