Hello,
i have a toshiba satellite L305-S5924 laptop which is about 2 years old. I have been using it with pleasure until about a couple of months back. Since then my laptop has been very slow in boot up. The LED showing hard disk remain on while booting up and might take upto about 30 mins for that to even blink. only after the blinking occurs that the system will come down to normal use. there are even times when it didnt start blinking even after hours, prompting me to format the HDD. nowadays its getting a usual thing to do. also once i removed the other partitions and it started working pretty well. but now its again the same case. now i have only a single partition of around 80 gb and the rest is unused. and still the problem persists. i dont know what to do and i am thinking about getting a new HDD for the laptop. I hhope someone could let me know the actual problem behind this before i spent money on the HDD. thanks in advance :)
