Finding my posts

Hi,
I am new to this forum and cannot find a post I made a few days ago
can any one tell my how I can trace my posts.

If you click on your name you'll see you can look at your forum profile.
One option there will be to "Access to the whole list of his/her messages" which will let you see what sections of the forum you've posted.
In your case it looks like your other topic is in the Windows 7 forum.

Also at the top of any forum section you can use the "My Threads" option.

Thanks for the reply,but when I click on my name I
don't get that ammount of choices,or near ammount of
details.
