I am unable to play blue ray disks on my laptop even though every piece of documentation I can find says it should be suported (the laptop even has a blueray sticker on it). I had the guys in the store remove all the BS software trials that come standard with the computer but I think perhaps they accidentally removed the DVD software. There doesn't appear to be any on it. I tried PowerDVD 10 which is supposed to support blue ray but it gives me an error saying my video card isn't supported. I have updated the drivers to the latest. The video card is an Nvidia Geforce GT 425M with Cuda.

Thank you.

Solution
Computer comes with WinDVD. Go to Sony website and download WinDVD. It will install all the codecs or some other files that might have been deleted.
