Max Temp NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

Hello,
I have problems with my GeForce 9600M GT.I instal Game Booster 2.1 to reduce my GPU temp.and I have installed SpeedFan on my AMILO Xi 3650 with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo 2.53GHz @2.53GHz 4Gb L2 Cashe 1066MHz(core.2,treads.2)x86.
For normal working and multimedia its OK,only with games like SkiChalenge 11 orsomething similar hit groves over 105C.(GPU have CUDA tehnology and PhysX.

yeah temperature is really high. It should be under 90 on full load.
