Packard bell easynote mv35-202

Hello,
packard bell easy note mv35-202 is not tuning on and isnt displaying any lights? Any ideas to what it could be and the cost to repair?

Funnily enough i'm having the same problem and after closer inspection inside i found that the power jack is on a board with the usb ports and is sperate and detachable from the mother board, is yours the same because im having trouble finding replacements
