Hello,I have a acer aspire 5920g i need to restore my computer because i have trojans i cannot remove ... i canot afford much can you tell me how to restore to factory settings so i can start anew...this was a second hand computer

If you have backed up and restore/rescue/installation disc, you can just insert the disc and just follow the instruction. If not, then your only option is to fix the problem.
