Mid-Range Laptop for a designer

Hi,

I need help picking out a laptop to run PS,AI,ID smoothly and 3DSM.

I've been trolling around looking for options so I've narrowed it down to:

I know I should really be buying a macbook pro but from the looks of it. Its not worth the expense =/

I game from time to time and definitely looking for something that'll play d3 & sc2

I could use some more purchase options if these two aren't up to par

obviously the asus is better. however it's recertified.

thanks for the reply. the Acer looks pretty sweet, but they're out of stock atm =(

I've never had an acer before or knows anyone who's had one. What's their warranty, service/support like?
