in forms of graphics ati 4250 > 4500mhd from intel in terms of gaming.
in terms of temperature the ati will run a little hotter than intel. but then again what are you gonna be doing on this laptop? just movies and pictures? or are you gonna be playing games what kind of games will you be playing be alot better for me?
i3 350m will have 2 core but with 4 threads while the amd is 2 core and 2 threads. intel i3 is 35 W and amd is 25W so amd will run a little cooler. and how much difference in money are they? only a 5-10degree difference but you can always undervolt them to save temperature etc...intel > amd.
