Broken usb ports

Hello,I have bought a lenovo laptop recently! Unfortunately I have found that two of its usb ports are damaged! I cannot insert a flash memory into one of them and in the other one with difficultly. Do you know what should I do? They assert that I myself have damaged. Is it possible to change the ports?

Does the laptop have a PCMCIA slot -- if it does you can buy a PCMCIA card with USB ports on it.
