Ctrl keys stopped working

Hi, I have a HP Pavilion dm3 with windows 7 and after getting the screen replaced from HP the ctrl keys do not work anymore. I have called HP and they said they will call back when a technician is free, its been days now and they still haven't called so does anyone know how to fix this?

Call HP back and tell them you want someone to come fix the new problem. Anything you do to try and fix the issue yourself will give HP an excuse to either not fix it, or charge you a fee to fix it.

I don't want to replace the keyboard as it voids the warrantee, i was just wondering if there was a quick fix. I think i will give HP another call today. Thanks
