Dual Monitor Problem: How to Make my Latop Display (Display "2") STAY as Primary

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with a Samsung external monitor.

I want to set up the external, monitor on the LEFT side of the laptop (unusual, but I want this).

Each time I start windows or return from putting the computer to sleep, it makes the external monitor the primary.

I can change this in the control panel, but I can't make it STAY that way when I reboot, etc.

Is there a way to make these setting stay permanently so that my laptop monitor (which identifies as 2 and sits on the right rise) is always the main monitor??
