Hp pavilion dv5 BIG BIG problem

Hello,
today i was formatting my pc and when it rebooted after the installation of win 7 it wont statrt. it stop at the hp invent screen. i cant even get in the bios. pls guys help me.

How did you do the reformat? Through the HP recovery process, i.e. back up partition or use a fresh copy of windows? At this point, I'd recommend trying to re-install windows or do a start up repair and see where that takes you (if you haven't already).

i did the format with a clean installation of windows. i erased the hp recovery a year ago. i used a usb key to install the new windows with the windows 7 on it.

i really dont't know what went wrong.
