Hi All,
I just wondered if there is an easy way of telling which laptops can support which GPU cards?
Is there some kind of website resource where you can enter the laptop make/model and the GPU and it will tell you if the lappy can support that GPU?
(Background is I'm looking to buy a high spec laptop but am struggling to find a good one in the UK with a great GPU. I'm therefore wondering about the route of buying the laptop I want and then just upgrading the GPU to the best one (within reasonable money limits) that the laptop will support.)
Or can I take it for given that most new high spec laptops will support most new GPU's?
Apologies if this is a dumb question.
Thanks,
Alan
