Hello,
my Inspirion 4150 had a blue screen come up saying I needed to dump memory and needed to updaTE BIOS DRIVERS BUT THE PROBLEM IS IT WONT BOOT UP PAST WINDOWS NOW,what can I do to make it boot

You can often update the BIOS from a bootable floppy outside Windows. Go to the Dell site and quote your service tag ID (usually on the case) and follow links to motherboard BIOS update.
