Change device boot order in bios ACER aspire 5534 instructions

Can anyone tell me how to change the setting in the BIOS so that the computer will boot from the CD drive? I am able to move the CD drive to the top of the list...do I then hit "ENTER" to close out the window on "Yes"?

Well, it can't be that hard. Suggest you follow your instincts and see what happens. I don't see what harm it can do.
