Do dell ever replace the machine with a new one, have 3 year on sight warranty but one way or another a problem keeps arising, 1st time Monitor and system just died (they replaced cpu and motherboard and screen... 2nd time over heating caused the laptop to shut down (new motherboard and heat sink), 3rd time it just died and would not turn on (new motherboard and cpu) .

Its a bit much to happen in a 1.5 year period, and this M1330 doesn't even have the dedicated graphics card inside which caused many owners alot of issues. Does it reach a point where they will send a new one, as this is beyond belief :(

I feel your pain with such issues (went through 3 different HP laptops in 3 years- so it happens). Usually Dell's are pretty reliable, but on occasion, as you know, you'll get a dud. I personally haven't heard anything major about the M1330's, but if you search around, you may find that many other's are having the same issue. If so, use that as evidence if you decide to call and request a brand new machine. Simply say that Dell is not living up to its part of the bargain.
