MSi A6200-021US Good Deal?

Office Depot is having a sale on the MSI A6200-021US notebook. It has a 2.26 GHz Intel Core i5-430M, 4 GB of RAM, 320 GB HDD, and Intel GMA HD graphics card. Comes with Windows 7 Premium (not sure 32- or 64-bit. I've heard around that its 32. If that's the case, I'll just install 64 by myself. No biggie.)

All the specs above for $550 instant rebate. Is this a good deal? In your guys' honest opinions, of course.

It's not bad at all. But it depends on how you plan to use it, i.e. gaming or just general use. If you do not plan to game, I'd go for it in a second.

What if I do plan on doing a bit of light gaming? Nothing too intensive (not like an Asus G73Jh or anything =P) but just a few fairly recent games (Left 4 Dead, COD4 etc) at low to medium settings. Is there any laptop that can run those games with a dedicated video card for around $600?
