Will a core 2 duo p8700 proccessor be ok for video editing

hi I am looking at buying a sony vaio fw series laptop with the intel core 2 duo p8700 it has 6gb ram and 500gb hard drive with a readeon 4650 graphics card should it be ok and will it be fast enough to run games and mutimedia and video diting

Hello and welcome to the forums
Well Core 2 Duo CPUs aren't produced anymore and are replaced by Core i3/i5/i7, so IMO consider buying a laptop with those CPUs.
