Hello,
my windows Media playa is not playing but the sound drivers was the problem and it was installed. still having problems. (it shows exclamation next to each track i want to play)

What version of windows media player are you using?

Upgrade the version of the media player. If that doesn't do the trick, ensure that the tracks are in the correct file location, i.e. they may have been moved around recently or are copyright protected.

That almost sounds like the old write protection errors, the files may in the wrong player format or he may be missing a codex to play them too.
