Solved! HP Mini 210-1084TU XP installation problems

Hi, Yesterday I bought a HP Mini 210-1084TU with FreeDos since I have a Windows XP SP3 Disc with me. I have tried various methods but all bore no fruit

methods I tried

In above method with or without slipstreaming sata drivers there occurs an BSOD with STOP: 0x0000006B (I'm sure its 0x0000006B)

I have also copied all the files to a thumb drive and started the setup from dos mode \i386\winnt.exe
I had to stop midway as setup kept reporting numerous files missing.

I have also tried more than one copy of Windows Xp Setup with success at all...

Any Suggestions ? solutions? working methods?

helo every1..i have a problem...my hp mini 210-1000 and im having problem installing XP from a USB..i used usb multiboot and window xp and also pendrive with 16gb...but every time it loads all the installation files in the text mode setup and I end up getting a blue screen. I've tried everything and I can't even get to the UELA. Can someone please help me, I thank you in advance. pls email or send a reply...pls...urgent....i need netbook for my project

I'm having same laptop (mini 210 - 1084tu) and I had same problems with installing win xp sp 3 however , just few days back I solved it using slipstreaming and nLite software.The problem is , the OS which you are trying does not contain the drivers for Harddisk.

To slipstream you will need the following driver for the drive.

http/h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&swItem=ob-54270-1&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
