I purchased the Sony MDRRF920RK 900 MHz Wireless Headphones aka Sony - 900MHz Analog RF Wireless Headphones to use with my TV so I can watch tv at night while my girlfriend sleeps. Apparently, call I can figure out is to turn off the TVs speaker in order to get sound out of the headset. I really don't have a problem with this but it's annoying to have to go into the tv settings every time I want to turn on and off the sound.
I had in my mind that I would be able to hook it up and pick up the headset off the receiver, and the headset would receive sound, and put it back down, etc...and the TV would act accordingly. This doesn't seem to be the case....I also don't believe it was working correctly with the DVD player, but it is with cable.

What are your guys thoughts, and thanks, I'm new here!
